Always a great experience with Rissi's. Called for an appointment for a State Inspection, was able to get in on my next available day off. Dropped off the car early and received a call mid day that the car was ready for pick up. I was unable to get a ride to the shop that afternoon so Mike said it was no problem to leave it overnight and pick it up at my leisure. Picked up the car the next morning, and all charges were as expected and very reasonable. We have been customers for over 20 years, and the service is still the same: excellent.

It’s been a few years since I’ve asked Rissi’s to do my car’s inspection, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Mike followed my overly specific directions to the letter, and met and exceeded every expectation I had. Meeting the guys in the shop when picking up my vehicle was the cherry on top. Polite, friendly, more than reasonable price, and now with a useful website and very organized. They are my repair shop from now on.
