I recently had gotten a quote for $1200 of front end suspension work from a local dealer service center. It sounded way too high to be realistic, so I went to Rissi's after a family member suggested trying them out. The mechanic had me ride with him in the car and was very engaged and took me out into the service area (which I feel is rare anymore) and made me feel like they really had nothing to hide. A very different expereince from the dealer who wanted to keep everything a mystery and just collect their money. In the end, I only needed to have a sway bar end link tightened (that I had installed myself, just not well enough obviously) and a new tie rod. Rissi's saved me about $1000 from what the dealership wanted to do with their list of uncessary repairs. I HIGHLY recommend them, very honest and up front. Just what I am looking for in a auto repair shop!!!
